Refund and Cancellation Policy
Foodtastic shall not issue refunds for products returned in a damaged condition. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction does not extend to items mishandled or improperly cared for after delivery.
Should you receive products in a damaged state, you must provide verifiable evidence of the damage by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt and evaluation of such evidence, Foodtastic reserves the sole discretion to determine the validity of claims regarding product damage. If the claim is substantiated, a refund will be issued to the original payment source within seven (7) business days following confirmation of the damage.
Taste Preference and Preparation Errors
Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste preferences or incorrect preparation methods by the customer.
Given the international shipping origins from India, Foodtastic does not accept returns post-shipment. If a return is desired, the customer will bear all associated shipping costs for returning the item(s) to Foodtastic. Such costs are non-reimbursable.
Return Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon receiving a return, Foodtasticl personnel will inspect the product(s). A refund, less any forward shipping charges incurred by Foodtastic, will only be processed if the product is deemed in good condition. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer.
